First things first…

I’m not a coach.

I’m more like a business partner.

You’ve got enough people telling you what you should do. My job isn’t to add items to your list; it’s to help you cut through the clutter and figure out what to do next.

If you want a formula for success, I’m not the right fit for you. But if you want someone who’s willing to invest energy into your business, like a partner would, and help come up with personalized solutions that get you moving toward your goals, then we’re onto something here!

I’m a high achiever.

And I’m guessing you are, too. (God help us both.)

Just kidding. Being good at what you do and caring about your work is positive in so many ways.

But just because you don’t already know everything doesn’t mean you’re not qualified to be a business-owner.

No one was born knowing what a killer growth strategy looks like.

If your strategy isn’t already dialed in, it’s probably because you’ve been busy learning the skills you use to help your clients. That’s pretty darn important, too!

Everyone talks about your “why”

know what mine is?

Getting paid.

And I want it to be your why, too.

Of course, we can and should care about the people we work with. But caring about making money and caring about your clients aren’t mutually exclusive. And let’s be real: I wouldn’t do this work if it didn’t allow me to pay for childcare or underwrite my fitness habit.

Unless your business is a hobby for you, you probably feel the same way. It’s okay — good, even — to want (or need) to get paid.

When you make money your “why”, you get clear about wanting to do the work that will ultimately grow your revenue and make your business sustainable. You stop trying to do everything all at once, and instead, you focus on the work that gets yummy food (and roses, and margaritas) on the table. I’m here to celebrate that with you!

Wanting lotsa money isn’t yucky. Being a jerk about it is, and something tells me you’re not a jerk.

What I teach is not as sexy as going viral on reels…

But you and me? We know that having an actually sustainable business is as sexy as it gets.

Instagram, TikTok, and whatever app pops up next will become obsolete one day. But learning to build a business strategy in whatever landscape is current? That’s timeless.

And you are so capable of doing it. You don’t need to spend another second wallowing in not enough-ness or uncertainty. You don’t already need to know anything else to be ready to move into your next phase of growth. You know enough. And you don’t have to go it alone anymore.
